Responsibilities:
- Locating new sourcing tools and ongoing operation of existing ones;
- Hands-On recruitment, especially technological positions;
- Handling the HR and Admin tasks for the existing team
- In charge of Onboarding procedures and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 experience with HR and IT recruitment
- The availability to visit the office 2-3 times per week
- High motivation for professional growth in HR and Recruitment
