- You have a background in software development companies as: Business Analyst, Project
Manager, Technical Sales Support or Business Development Manager
- You are experienced with direct sales and have excellent presentation abilities
- You are keen to build and facilitate strong and productive working relationships with a wide
variety of business contacts;
- You are highly adaptive in a rapidly changing business/negotiation environment;
- You have experience in preparing specific software documentation like: project plan updates,
business specifications for the project, contract, and annexes, etc
- You have a category B driving license
Customer Care /Account Management
Focus on :
- Customer care — Any customer service manager’s main priority is to take care of customers and to
- provide them with the best possible experience.
- Technical support and problem-solving – to identify the problem with empathy, in order to understand where customers’ issues are coming from and assign them to the team members
- Ensure that clients receive assistance with the technical aspects of products or services. Customer support managers ultimately seek to maximize customer retention, thereby improving the profitability of the company for which they work.
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
- Prospect and create new business by selling/upselling the company products and services
- through all sales channels.
