Summary objective of the job:
The client is seeking an experienced Sales/Telesales Specialist who is responsible for solving and taking proactive actions for various tasks delegated to him by CEO of the company.
- Sending offers to clients
- Follow up of offers sent to clients
- Managing communication with clients and partners
- Seeking and finding new clients and partners using digital communication platforms and tools: LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Maintaining relationship with partners and customers based on CEO guidance
- Understanding technical sheets from various vendors
- Issuing orders for clients to distributors and vendors
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or technologies
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Maintaining database of customers and partners
- At least 1 year experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Very good communication skills in English
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Proactive and creative
- Eager to evolve and grow
- Familiar with Microsoft products/technologies and other IT products and/or technologies
