Description:
- Create a UX research framework that supports a corporate way to do UX Product research consistently.
- Define a set of tools, workflows, protocols, and processes for designing new products and improving already existing ones.
- Define the right research studies to support the UX research frameworks’ creation and next steps.
- Organise the outcomes, learnings, and insights in a shared repository.
- Design of a global UX training plan with different paths for different roles within the organization, managing their goals.
- Creating trainings that will support the education and participation of stakeholders in taking informed decisions on the products’ roadmap.
- Creating and providing multiple trainings tailored on the needs of stakeholders.
- Responsible for identification of UX KPIs across the different products and KPI management.
- Setting up the framework for UX metrics.
- Gather indicators that will show how near a product has gotten to meeting its UX objectives with close collaboration with the product’s stakeholders.
- Support the generation of quantitative report on different types of user interactions allowing to measure, compare and track the user experience of products.
- Identification of the optimal data management plug-in tool with UX capabilities for our products (e.g., Dynatrace).
- UX tools and licences rollout to the Community of Practice.
- Creation of a rollout process, harmonizing the way the UX Team will deliver and work with the Designers and Researchers across the Community of Practice to help them with the adoption of the new tools.
- Identify UX tools to be purchased and used by the UX team and members of the Community of Practice.
- Creation of a comparative study on UX Research tools according to function and benefits.
- Support the UX improvement of DIGIT products/solutions.
- Use various UX practices and work closely with business and cross functional teams to reach desired organizational goals.
- Examine existing software products and identify usability issues.
- Plan and execute tests to assess the usability of a product in development.
- Analyse the findings and provide actionable recommendations in co-ordination with
- UX/UI designer.
Requirements:
- A master degree of 5 years in Graphic Design.
- ComFrench speaker, ability to communicate perfectly both in French and English.
- Proven professional experience in UX Reengineering (min 7 years).
- Leading Research projects.
- Teaching experience of Product UX Research, able to mentor and transfer UX knowledge to the team members and across the organization.
- Excellent communicator both in French and English, able to communicate the organisations’ strategic vision and goals from an end-user’ point of view.
- Experience in product Research frameworks and processes.
- Coordination and data management.
- Facilitating design sprints/ conversational design workshops.
- Design thinking methods or/and systems’ thinking.
- Synthesize UX research, web analytics data, as well as surveys, legacy and organizational goals.
- Work closely with business and cross functional teams to reach desired organizational goals.
- Coach and transfer UX knowledge across the organization.
