Location: 100% remote.
Main skills:
- Expertise in data extraction, ideally complemented by proficiency in data archiving/consultation.
- Good knowledge of databases.
This emphasis stems from the impending sunset of the system under consideration, thereby potentially positioning candidates with these skill sets as more viable for future extensions.
Your role:
- The consultant is being hired in the role of IT Support.
- The scope of the services is Level 1 application support needed by all companies in EMEA to manage their interactions and transactions with their contacts.
- The activities below are an indication and are not limited.
- Contact with Third party/vendor Support team
- Maintain the ITES Systems Inventory
- License management for IT Early Solutions (ITES) Apps
- Contribute to and drive Software Update process (testing, packaging, documenting)
- User Access Management for Lab software linked to Active Directory (AD).
- Periodic Review of ITES-Systems
- End to end support to a software platform in the compliance area
- Resolution of business challenges
- User management, raising tickets
- Document change requests
- Business analysis
- Functioning as link between IT and business.
Your profile:
- A junior consultant with IT Support Level 1 experience.
- University degree.
- Expertise in data extraction, ideally complemented by proficiency in data archiving/consultation.
- A person who is not playing against nor playing on his own, in other words a team player.
- Good potential to grow, someone savvy, a fast learner, proactive, an excellent communicator, eye for details, client centric and who can work autonomously.
- Besides focus on the quality of the person someone who quickly understands how things are going within the organization.
- The organization is in permanent motion and anticipates organizational changes.
Language skills:
- Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch language skills are a plus
